let me explain this now

This was a delicious meal in Vietnam I had.

You go into a resturant that specializes in snakes, and you pick whichever you want to eat... They're about 8 dollars each which is kinda cheap. Well, I had a 4 course meal.

First they decappitate the snake and drain it's blood into a cup... The blood will be used to make rum afterwards

They cut and clean the snake and take out it's heart and liver. The heart and liver will be drank with the snake blood rum(I couldnt do it... i only drank the rum)

Now, first course is, ground the snake and fry it... no bones, very delicious

Second, ground snake, make meat balls

Third, Cut snakes into small pieces, add vegetables, and fry

Fourth, Make snake soup(my favourite)

err sorry for anyone who is a bit quirmish.

It's really delicious and can only be eaten in Vietnam. Wonder if Dat had the same experience I had?

Hey, dont be judging the snakes... YOU never had them before lol

any questions?

Rabbit-Kinda boney
Horse-Chewy
Eel-A little too soft for my likings
Kangaroo-exactly like beef
Crocodile-i had it fried, so the taste of charcoal and the chewyness was how it tasted...

I know if alligator is well cooked, it tastes just like chicken. And for snake, instead of fish chicken, don't you mean tuna? lol. I've also tried horse. I don't really like it, either. lol.

well if you think about it... I heard in Thailand they praise some cows because they believe if the cow licks you, you gain more power. So if they know how much mcdonalds we eat, they be like...."Yo, those canadians and americans are SICK"

Guys, Dat has not been back to Vietnam since he was 2 months old. I doubt he ate snake then!!
Meanwhile, I found the pictures particularly difficult to look at, as I think snakes are wonderful creatures. I would eat them, but I don't want to see it butchered. I feel the same way about cows and chickens.
Ps, did they remove the bones? snakes have them in mutitude. perhaps they were ground too fine to notice?

well, i saw them cut the snake open and i guess they took out the bones along with the guts. and whatever remained was probably grounded up to much as well.

I'll try anything. Just as long as you guys dont waste food, im ok with eating animals... I think baby chicks are cute... lol disturbing when I eat my KFC
