ATHENS, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- The late owner of a luxurious hotel in central Athens made a generous donation to children's foundation "The Smile of the Child" after his death, setting an example of solidarity amidst economic crisis in Greece, it was announced this week.


Konstantinos Malamos, owner of 4-star hotel Titania located right in the heart of the historical and commercial centre of Athens and scion of a wealthy Greek family, showed his love and affection towards children in need through his will.
