only 6 grams of fat... mcdonalds has 26(according to subway)... plus for 6 bucks(canadian) i could buy me a sub that last 3 lunches at school

Yeah subway may not help you lose 100's of pounds but it is true that it's healthy for you. I saw this documentary thing on TV a while ago with health specialists saying it's pretty healthy.

im not too much into subway. subway is like... pokemon... there are too many choices and i usually dont noe whats good and whats not hehe pokemon.... i need to get out more

Yeah subway even has breakfast now. I guess they are always getting more and more choice.

o it's that stupid sandwhich that weighs like... 0.0000001 pounds.. it's airy bread with one slice of tomato, and 1 egg and thats all... and some other stuff... i think ham

Gee it doesn't sound that bad. Sounds pretty good to me. I'd eat something like that anytime.

Ooh, McGriddle! Especially the sausage egg & cheese McGriddle. It just melts in your mouth. That and sausage egg & cheese McMuffin are my faves.
