Being the conservative pundit I am, I watched some of the DNC convention last night.
Gore is still complaining about the election of 2000. When his wife was on the podium, you could tell the kiss was staged and that she did NOT want to be there. Perhaps she was embarassed for Al because she kew the Clintons would upstage him.
I watched Hillary take a jab at whomever initially scheduled her to not be on the list of speakers.
It was amazing. Gore should be the latest leader of the convention, since he was the previous candidate. Instead, the Clintons flexed and showed everyone that they are still in charge. No wonder Kerry did not show up last night.
Then, when Hillary introduced Bill, you could see even though her mouth was saying good things about him, she was thinking, "I hate this man." Then, they hugged. Reading their thoughts I could see, "I bet you were in the back stage area having sex with some chesty female volunteer." And, Hillary was probably thinking the same thing.
I still believe that Hillary will not let Kerry win, so that she can run in 2008.
