Hey guys Very Happy

After nearly 10 years of smoking, I FINALLY decided to throw in the towel and quit.

They say kicking the habit is like kicking a cocaine habit. I wouldn't know, but I have to say this is one of the hardest things I've ever done.

So, can I have a "You can do it" or something to assist me when I am desperately craving one?
